Admission Process

Admission is open to all irrespective of class, creed & community.

Children are admitted to Nursery from the age of 2 and half and for class 1 from the age of 5 and half. Children seeking admission to class UKG to V are required to take a test in English and Math. For those seeking admission to onward classes. An admission test shall be held in Hindi, English, Math and Science.

There is a Registration fee of Rs 500/- per child which is neither refundable nor transferable.

Children mean for class UKG & above will be offered admission on the basis of their performance in the entrance test.

Registration done in any particular year is not transferable to any other year. Fresh registration will be required if the child is to be considered for another year.

It is to be noted that registration does not mean admission. Admission shall be made strictly in order of merit. The school must be informed of any change of address.

The admission of child to the school is on the understanding that his parent or guardian delegates his authority to the principal during the term.

Rules are subject to changes at the discretion of the school. The admission of a child will mean a complete acceptance by the parent of all the school rules in force or as amended for the term.

Recommendation to Parents
-
Parents are expected to play their part by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline by attending parent-Teacher meetings regularly and by ensuring that their children prepare their lesson daily.

Politeness and courtesy of speech and conduct should be in calculated in the child along with a sense of cleanliness of dress and person.

Parents are requested not to send for ,or call away their children during the class hours except in case of unforeseen emergency.

Reports and recommendations from the Teachers and the Principal should be signed by the parents. Failure to do so may put the child to great inconvenience.

Woolen blazers ,cardigans, pullovers, tiffin boxes, bags ,ties, belts and other personal belongings must bear the name of the owner .The school will not be responsible if they are lost.

Parents should arrange to take their children within 30 minutes after the school is over.

Parents and visitors may see the principal between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. every day.

Teachers may be met after seeking appointment through the principal.

Parents should be particular that their wards take all the exams and tastes.(unless the pupil is sick for which a medical certificate should be given.)

Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change of address or telephone number.

We request the Parents to see that their wards do their homework regularly In case a student is negligent or misbehaves in the class or outside, a note to the effect will be made in his/her diary for the information of the parents, who are desired to take corrective action.

The school regularly sends the progress records of each student to the guardians ,parent-teacher meeting are held regularly where parents can meet the subject teacher and class teacher and enquirers about the progress of their ward if need be , even discuss the individual problems of their child.
